Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bowen Birite Home Appliances, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To process your claim, we'll need:

• Photos of the fault or damage
• A description of the issue
• Your order number

Email these details to bowen@birite.com.au and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

How Refunds Work

Once we've reviewed your claim and photos, we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to appear.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. All sales are final unless the item is faulty or damaged.
